Missing Fwd/Bkwd Buttons

Ever since upgrading to 9.0 Beta, and continuing into 9.0 official AND 9.1 Beta - I've noticed that the skip ahead and skip back 15s buttons are not in the app anymore. Is this just a glitch or have they been removed?

They still appear on the lock screen, but not in the actual app. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
