iCal very slow after El Capitan update

iCal is not responsive- a few second delay trying to switch between weeks. This is just since the El Capitan update last night. Known bug? Fixable?

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11), null

Same here. The delay occurs only under week view and using the short cut Commande + right or left arrow. The delay does not happen when I use my laptop trackpad using the 2 fingers gesture.

This is extremely annoying! Calendar is extremely slow changing from week to week. When is Apple going to fix this obvious BUG??
