Main stage 3 usage with irig

I'm new to the MS3, whem i'm using this app with my guitar via İrig, I'm not getting sound from my mac. I have no same problem wth Logic Pro or GarageBand.Is there a special setting in MS3 for irig or do I need another hardware tool?
