Mac is not restarting to the Windows installer after downloading all the bootcamp files

Mac is not restarting to the Windows installer after downloading all the bootcamp files


I have followed all the steps, the necessary files are downloaded to my usb disk and when it completes the bootcamp assistant simply goes to the quit option, it does not restart so that I can install windows 10.


I have checked and i have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) which meets the requirements for installing W10


Please help
