postEvent LLEventQueue overflow

When I workes with MacBook Air 2014 my work space freeze. I can move cursor and l can move between desktops using a touchpad, but I can't click on items and buttons on the keyboard is also inactive. The problem starts on Yosemite and stays on updates Captain. I tried install clean OSX and restore from TimeMachine - situation the same. How can I solve a problem?

In the log file, I always saw this string "IOHIDSystem: postEvent LLEventQueue overflow.".

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

Please disconnect all USB devices, if any, and see whether there's an improvement.

I do not use USB devices, only Transcend JetDrive (http://ru.transcend-info.com/apple/jetdrivelite/)

Have the same issue on late 2009 iMac 27. Freezes several times a day for 4-5 minutes, no sound just the beachball moves, then everything comes back. OS X El Capitan 10.11.

It took 6 days. I take 1 freeze when connected external USB HDD. It seems that the problem is really in USB ports.
