AppleScript: AirPlay to Apple TV as Extended Desktop

I am trying to create an AppleScript that will automatically connect to and AirPlay on "Apple TV" IF it is not already doing so.

I will then have it perform other tasks, but the code is all working properly for everything else. It's just the automatic connection that is lacking. As of now I have made no progress with any code in this regard.
