Calendar App problems

My iPad Air running iOS 9.0.2 has totally messed up my Calendar app.

Recently it deleted, on its own, my iCloud calendar information. I have deleted the iCloud account and re-added it, to no avail. I have reset the Network Preferences to no avail. I have deleted ALL of my other calendar accounts to no avail.

After re-adding my calendars into the settings, I go to the calendar app and none of my calendars are there, even though they are in the Mail,Contact, Calendars under Settings.

Additionally I tried to remove some "Subscribed Calendars" and they crash the Settings every time.

It is a very weird and frustrating problem.
