I have ipad mini, 8.4.1, been using to download movies from amazon prime to watch later. I have the apple adapter to connect to tv, hdmi. I've used many times and worked fine. last night & this morning I get error message stating it cannot be watched to an external screen. What happen? How can I fix this? Thanks..

This is because of new copyright in ios 8.0
To stop recording .
The best way round this problem is to buy an
Apple TV then you can mirror anything from iPhone / iPad
To your tv via Apple TV it costs £59.00
Also update your iPad to ios 9.0.2

Thank you Briansyddall, but I was trying that and with my internet service it is not compatible or something. Even with Apple support & exchanging it, we never got it to work. I have hughesnet for internet, such a nightmare!!
Wanted to come back and say THANK YOU!! The updated worked!! I had to wait and run the update after 2am since I have hughesUglynet for my internet and can only download stuff from 2am-8am.
If you know any tricks to download by a timer from places like amazon, hulu, to my ipad, I'd love to learn. Is a hassel to wake up at 2am to get things downloading.
