Slow wifi speed(from ios6 to 9)!

I and my friends who live in Iran have Slow connection (iOS)

Opening the web pages are good.but download from appstore or websites or... is slow(just sometimes is good)

I tested my speed on an android device and it was ok But on iOS.. 😐

Anybody can help me?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4
