    Hi

This is a user-based technical support community, so no-one here can answer that. Also, this site does not allow speculation about Apple products.

It would require more than an app. In order to check your blood glucose levels, the watch would need different hardware. To the best of my knowledge, there is no non-invasive way of testing that yet. Based on the size of meters I've seen, adding that to an Apple Watch would either require a significant increase in size or some significant change in technology.

Dexcom is a continuos glucose monitoring system and has a watch app that u can view in glances. Its very handy to check quickly on the watch since my lows come out of nowhere and I'm on the floor before I know it.
