iPhone 6plus iOS 9.0.2 has lost all connectivity... LTE and wifi. Please help😢

updated my 6 plus last week and all was good until last night when it lost all connectivity. Safari not working, apps won't open etc. Little spinner in the corner just spinning. I've tried the 2 button reset and multiple airplane mode resets, still nothing working. The really odd thing is the exact same thing happened to my wifes iPhone 6 a few days ago and after 2 days it suddenly came back to life and has been normal since. Too much of a coincidence surely. Maybe something to do with IOS 9.0.2. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
