Black Screen Opening Safari Link from Twitter

Since the update to 9.0.2, when you want to open a Twitter link and select the "Open in Safari" option, the screen will go black for a few seconds and go back to the home screen. This happens about 75% of the time, and is not dependent on which website you are trying to open.

Also, this will happen about 5-10% of the time when you try to just type a website in Safari. Seems to happen more often with the nypost website.
