song does not copy fully from macbook to iphone

one song in music library on MacBook Pro running OSX 10.10.5 only copies part to iPhone 6Plus running iOS 8.4.1

only about 4 minutes of 5 minute thiry second song copies ?

Have erased on phone and resynced several times. Song is complete on MacBook, never completely copies to iPhone?
