new computer needs to import all playlists and files

computer crash.. all hands lost.. all hard drives too.. NEW computer.. how do i get my ipod to sync when there are no playlists on the new computer

it says my ipod is evil and refuses to play with it.. i have authorized the machine but it is still being contrary.. new box is a win 10 on a laptop.. old ipod is an oldie.. 16 gb i thnk
