error code 502?

As I connected my iPhone to iTunes the first time I indicated I wanted it to be as my previous iPhone (3GS) it started doing stuff but then suddenly the slide was stuck so I couldn't insert my code any more, I left it like the 3h and then suddenly it slider again, I inserted my code there was a waiting bar but only filled for 5mm and then stopped…'schuif om bij te werken' …and waiting bar starts over again.

Then finally I got error code 502 which I can't find any support info on the website for...

What do i do?
