I am unable to refund iPhone6s myself, can I ask someone to do it for me?

Do you require anything else apart from my receipt? So that, I can prepare everything correctly. I bought iPhone 7 days ago by credit card.

No you will have to do this your self because your credit will need to be refunded

You only have 14 days to return.
