Iphones 4s won't connect to iTunes 12.3 with El Capitan

Hi,

Multiple upgrades in one week and I almost lost.

After upgrade of my Macbook pro 13" to El Capitan all my Iphones 4 and 4s won't connect to iTunes!

So I can't do backup/restore and sync.

I spend hours to get it work, multiple resets, shut downs, restarts. Nothing. iTunes is a mute.

However, at the same time iphones are visible in system reports as USB attached devices.

Photos.app detect all iphones and can see the photos.

Image Capture also works well.

What I notices, that each time i connect any iphone to El Capitan, the pop-op screen appears on every iphone with "Allow access to pictures and video". And the answer "allow" isn't memorized.

Also previously known message "trust this computer" never comes up.

All Iphones 4s (3pcs) are 9.0.2. One Iphone 4 is 7.1.2

Any ideas, help, experience?
