Cost of space went up?

HI there,

trying to understand...

Apple must be the only company in the world that increase the prices of storage space. Microsoft push up my One Drive from 100GB to unlimited, no price change. Dropbox, recently increased my space from 100GB to 1TB, no price increase. Am I missing something?

Agreed, the price is the same as Dropbox, however, I received this email today:

Dear ,

We've been informed that the price of your 1-month 50GB subscription has increased from $1.29 to $1.49. Auto-renewal of your subscription has been turned off. To turn auto-renewal back on at the higher price or to choose a different subscription period, first sign in to the iTunes Store from your device. Then, tap Manage App Subscriptions in your account settings.

Regards, The iTunes Store team

This will probably be attributed to the AU/US$ exchange rate...
