If you want to cancel your Apple Music membership, turn off Automatic Renewal on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC. You can't turn off automatic renewal on an Apple TV.

Note that Apple music is tied to your Apple ID not a specific device. Cancelling Apple Music on one device cancels it on all devices associated with the same Apple ID that would be using Apple Music.
