No Paypal option to choose in iTunes - the Netherlands

I try to add my Paypal account as my payment method in iTunes store but there's no Paypal option to choose at all. I'm in the Netherlands, I have iPhone from a local provider. There are only Credit/Master Card, Amex and ClicAndBuy options to choose. I need to use Paypal but I'm unable to do so (no Paypal icon to select). Also the Paypal payment method can't be selected in my iPhone either. Any help, please?

iPhone 5, iOS 9.0.2
