I try to add my Paypal account as my payment method in iTunes store but there's no Paypal option to choose at all. I'm in the Netherlands, I have iPhone from a local provider. There are only Credit/Master Card, Amex and ClicAndBuy options to choose. I need to use Paypal but I'm unable to do so (no Paypal icon to select). Also the Paypal payment method can't be selected in my iPhone either. Any help, please?

On the Apple web page for payment methods it is shown Paypal should be available in The Netherlands. On both my iPhone with ios 7.1.2 and my iPad with ios 9.x.x the Paypal payment option does not show up. Only credit cards.

Paypal is't an allowed payment type, sorry!
As far as I'm aware PayPal is currently only available in the US.
Different countries have different payment methods available, you can only use of those shown on the payment details section of your account
Try your computer's iTunes, not sure if it will show on older versions of iOS
