El Capitan cant install on macintosh HD

I am trying to install El Capitan on a 13" macbook pro and when it says select disk you want to install on it, after clicking on macintosh hd it then says OS X El Capitan cant install on macintosh HD

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012)
