Not able to transfer purchases from iPhone 6Plus to Macbook Pro 13"

Hi All,

I am not able to transfer purchases from iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 9) to MacBook pro 13.

The process I used to transfer purchase is as per the below steps

After launching iTunes > click File > Devices > Transfer Purchases from iPhone
And all the updated Apps were getting updated in my Mac

I am using the below specifications

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch)
2.6 GHz Intel Core i5
OS X EI Captain
iPhone 6 Plus iOS 9.0.2

Appreciate your help to get it resolved.
