Help! Stuck in Endless Error Message!

Hi -

I'm getting the following message and am unable to use my Mac:

<<Adware PUA (link) generic SUA SG (other) has been blocked and listed in quarantine manager.>>

I have two options, neither of which do anything:

<<Open Manager>> or <<Close>>

How do I get my Mac to work?

Did you try a restart?

Does this occur in Safari?

It would be helpful if you indicated the EXACT MBP that you have. Is Snow Leopard the current OSX?

Thanks very much for you reply. We were able to resolve the issue by removing the ant-virus software.
