Since 09.10.2015 there are no App Icons in IOS 9.0.2 anymore, just grey boxes

Already tried to restore my IPhone but Icons since 09.10.2015 still not there.

No need to go through any heroic troubleshooting steps. There are several reports of this issue, and I also see the lack of icons on my devices. Most likely some type of server issue. Be patient they will return.
