Please explain in more detail what you are trying to do, how you are trying to do it, what results you get, and how that differs from your expectations.

    Hi Mark,

It's very simple. The "mail" functionality is linked to my outlook web account. When I try to cancel e-mail via the mail functionality on the i-mac, mails do not get cancelled. More specifically, the first few go and the count of e-mails in my in box goes down. Then the system gets somehow stuck. Mails disappear. I go in the trash folder but nothing is there. I go back into the inbox and the mails reappear again. I have used the delete button on the key pad, the trash bin, the erase deleted items functionality. no way. mails stay there and it's quite frustrating....

If it's an Outlook account, I will have to bow out. I've never had an Outlook account to work with, nor wanted one. All I know about them is that they use different access paths than the account types I work with (POP, IMAP, Gmail via simulated IMAP) and have their own set of quirks.

    Sorry to raise your hopes.
