Why did you log in his login and password? That is asking for trouble. Unless you are the original owner of the phone and can prove it to Apple there is no way around this.
this is my iPhone. Rascal gave me his username and password, I entered through Icloud I entered this data, after 5 minutes, he blocked me, and now requires the money to me for unlocking. I am from Belarus, I can attach correspondence with him.
You have been scammed. I don't know what your options are in Belarus. In the US that would be a criminal act, and you could file charges against him. But either way, unless you bought the phone directly from Apple or from an Apple authorized reseller Apple will not do anything for you.
I bought it on aliexpress, here photosan send photos of the box and its apparatuse friend, unlock my iPhone.
