App Store not working after upgrade to 9.0.2

Hey Everyone,

i upgraded my iPad Air to 9.0.2 and now the App Store is not working. Everything else that requires Internet access works just fine. Just can't update from the App Store and can't use in app purchases. I tried a hard restart(home and power button). I tried signing out of app and iTunes Store in settins, restart, sign in. Still no luck. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone find a solution?
