If you're using the Photos app on your iMac, Macbook and/or iPhone it's simply a matter of turning on iCloud Photo Library on all devices after you've logged in to your iCloud account on each machine. All of your photos will begin showing up on all of your devices within a few hours typically once iCloud Photo Library has been activated on each and assuming all are connected to wifi for the photos to transfer.
