i have already two iphones the first is iphone 5s locked with icloud and i dont know the icloud and when i called you, you are not help me, and the second is iphone 6 has stolen from me due to that please help me to recover the first one

You did not call us. We are not Apple. This is a user forum.
There is no way to bypass iCloud lock. If you bought the phone second hand and it is locked with someone else's ID, you'll have to talk to whoever you bought it from. Only the owner of the account can remove the lock.
Sorry but you aren't talking to Apple here - we are all end users of Apple products just like you. Do you have 'Find My iPhone' turned on, on the phone which was stolen?

THe first one is a new my brother bouight it and send me, he which make the icloud but didnt know which passcode, iknow some information like a name and day of birth....
and the sceond one i seted up the find my iphone befoure stealing, i didn't receive any notificatio till now
Then get hold of your brother and find out what the password is.
