Spotlight problems with web search a suggestions

Before update to El Capitan i was trying to use spotlight to get web info but it doesn't work, it only displays info about my files. Looking for more info I found that is needed to have the same language for the region where I'm but when I set "Español"( Spanish ) and region "Perú" the problem continues, I don't know what "Spanish" configuration works for Perú or if there is another configuration that is needed to set to use web search with Spotlight.

Pd: all options are with a Check in Spotlight options.
