I have only iPhone from almoust 2year...
I Delete a long discussion with a frend and I wonder can I restore it?

I haven't tried this personally but hopefully it will help: http://www.fonepaw.com/tutorials/imessages-recovery.html You will need a computer in order to do this to link your phone up to.
