osx.trogen.gen
I scanned my system with Norton and it came up with OS X. trogen.gen,I deleted all the bookmarks where it keeps the dates that's all and scanned again and it didn'pick up the trogen, Would the virus still be on the computer?

There never was a virus. Remove the worthless Norton/Symantec product by following these instructions. If you have a different version of the product, the procedure may be different.
Back up all data before making any changes. Never install any "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" product again.
