why is itunes making duplicates of my playlists?
I have quite a few playlists and suddenly iTunes is making duplicates so that I have Party Mix, Party Mix 2, Indie Chill, Indie Chill 2, etc. Very annoying!

It's yet another bug in iTunes. All you can do is to clean up the mess manually.
Please report the issue to Apple here http://www.apple.com/feedback/
