Trouble loading Mountain Lion

I just loaded Mountain Lion on my iMac and recieved a "panic indication". So the panic says:

"Process 1 exec of /sbin/launchd failed, errno 2"@/SourceCashe/xnu/xnu-1699.32.7/bsd/kern/kern_exec.c: 3546

Help!
