And also is the Apple ID showing the correct email address for you? It may be worth going to Settings->App & iTunes Stores Tapping on your Apple ID and selecting 'Sign Out' then sign in from the same screen once sign out is complete.

Oct 9, 2015 5:16 PM in response to Steve Nichollsby djohn125,I am sure not if I posted my question correctly. When I turn off my phone and then turn it back on, the warning in the pic below is the first thing that appears on my phone after it reboots.
I enter my iPhone - enter the password of my Apple ID - and I am back to business. When I turn my phone of again, the process repeats itself... The message below always first appears on my phone after I restart it.

Try to enter the password for that Apple ID in the prompt you are seeing.

Feb 14, 2016 2:14 PM in response to LACAllenby Fran7gpj,THe Apple ID shown there is my current Apple Id. Not sure if that one in blank is an old one I've used to buy some apps in a different store.
ALready did that the second suggestion and received the message "the account is locked"
