my iphone is icloud locked and its not my id

my iphone 6 was functioning quite fine i tried to do an update and when my device reboots it was asking for an apple id and password that i did not have in my phone. the apple id that i saw is 6*****@qq.com i do not know what is this, how could this happen and if there is a possible fix for this. cant someone please help me
