How can I setup 2 separate wireless networks with 2 different Airport Extreme routers?

How can I setup 2 separate wireless networks from the same internet connection. I have two Airport Extreme routers and will be separated into two buildings about 150 feet apart. They are connected by an Ethernet cable.

What operating system will you be using on the device that you use to set up the AirPort Extreme routers?

Are both AirPorts 4th Gen products?

Is the first one already set up and you need settings for the second?

or

Neither of the AirPorts are set up yet?

Have you tested the Ethernet cable to make sure that it is working correctly?
