One of my devices (my MacBook Pro) is displayed three times on my iOS device. How can I remove the duplicates?

As it can be seen here:

One of my Mac devices are displayed three times in iMessages on my iPhone. One of them is related to when I installed Yosemite last year, the other one appeared when I installed El Capitan on release date but had to reinstall it as it had some problems, and the third one is related to my last installation.

They all belong to the same MacBook Pro with, of course, the same serial number.
