What has happen to streaming of music since the download of IOS9.2?

Every since the downloading of the new software, my phone does not play my Itunes, Spotify or Pandora. It will constantly buffer and the music looks like it playing on the phone, but you can not hear it. I do not understand the new process with the new Itunes system. I am not able to hear any music after a song has played when I choose a entire álbum. Is anyone else having issues? I feel so let down from Apple, I been with you company for a long time, but starting to look at the Android to avoid all the problems that every download presents. I know i am one in million that does not matter.
