I cant purchase with my master card after paying for an app
I already paid for an apple earlier i tried to download and pay for another but it tells me now yout purchase cannot be completed
iPhone 5c, iOS 9.0.1

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
