iTunes not syncing some songs to iPhone 5S

When syncing my iPhone 5S with my iTunes, it seems some of my songs are not being transferred to my iPhone. It is not the issue of storage as I have plenty of free space. I attempted to backup and restore my iPhone and still to no avail. Is it the iTunes or the file or the iPhone having issues?
