can't see anything except pictures n videos from iphone to pc

I want to recover deleted chats from whatsapp n I tried to connect my iphone 4s to computer with cable but I cant find anything except pictures n videos, no apps syncois etc.

plz help

Photos and videos are the only thing that you can view and transfer from an iPhone to a computer via USB cable and Windows Explorer. The following from Whatsapp support may be of help however: http://www.whatsapp.com/faq/en/general/21197296
