Beeps and white noise on iTunes movies

Hi everyone!

I am having a big problem with all my purchased video content on iTunes. Today, all of a sudden, all of my purchased content in the cloud started making loud beeps and noises all over the audio track, making them impossible to watch. It is as if iTunes can't verify me as the owner of the content, is considering my content to be pirated or something and has ruined the audio on my movies on purpose. This is happening to all my movies and TV shows.

This started happening when I changed location for the first time after updating to El Capitan. Anybody else is having this problem and know any solution?

iTunes v12.3.0.44

Things I have tried so far:

-Downloading the content instead of streaming

-checking if the computer is authorised in the iTunes Store
