Backups: "Your iphone has never been backed up to this computer"

G'day....

I can't even figure out when this happened... I usually connect my iphone to my computer (Windows 7) and start the sync and walk away.

Just noticed the other day that the information under "Latest Backup" on the Summary tab was showing "Your iphone has never been backed up to this computer.", even though my backups (through sync) have been successful. The backups are encrypted.

I looked in the C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup folder and then folder dates matches up with when I perform the syncs.

On the "Backup" section, buttons "Back Up Now" and "Restore Backup..." are disabled.

ITunes version 12.3.0.44, Windows 7 Home Premuim SP1.

Any clues on how to fix this?
