Jam Packs not appearing

Jam Packs not appearing

I have downloaded all additional content (a few times) - everything is apparently installed, and yet I am still missing so many sounds, particularly the ones from Legacy. All the Jam Packs are not appearing. I have tried rebooting it and checked for answers on the web, but none seem to help.

I am on Mac OSX Yosemite and Mainstage 3. Please help!!

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

If you create a new channel strip and select setting and scroll down to Legacy, do you you see it here?

Oh wow - yes! This is bizarre. It doesn't appear in my patch library, but does appear when I do that. THANK YOU! I was losing my mind trying to solve this.
