Safari will not open on my iPhone 6 (iOS 9.0.2) nor my iPad (iOS 9.0.2)

but will open on my MacBook (10.7.5)

I have tried wiping the phone and restored form backup, no luck.

I have not yet tried clean install on phone to see if that works because I needed my phone for work stuff

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2, iPhone AND ipad2 wont open safari

I have the same problem -- but only on my iPhone -- since updating to 9.0.2 last week, even after I restored my iPhone from iTunes this afternoon. Actually, the Safari crashing is worse now. Before, it crashed whenever I started typing in the URL bar; now, it crashes when it tries to open the Safari browser. Status bar gets about 1/8 across the page, and then the window crashes.
