iOS9 & "problem occurred with this web page so it was reloaded"

I am deciding if I should update my iPad 2 to iOS9. At the moment I am using iOS8.4.1 and constantly get the "a problem occured with this webpage so it was reloaded" error. Does iOS 9 fix this error on the iPad 2?
