Purchase 200GB for iCloud . How come it always says I'm out of storage. Sometimes I can't take pictures.

1. Check carefully, is the message about iCloud storage space, or storage on your iPhone? You can't increase storage on the device.
2. If you are using My Photo Stream only one month or 1000 images are stored. If you're using iCloud Photo Library, images and videos will be stored for as long as you keep paying the monthly fee.
3. Every Mac comes with Time Machine software and that's what you should be using. You'll need an external drive or you can buy Time Capsule.
