Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Received email from Itunes Store for the "Welcome New Itunes Connect User". But after clicking the activate your account it goes to a blank page. And checked status still not activate. Tried resend activation email and clicking activate still not work.
Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
I'm trying to send invitations to people I want to be internal testers on my app and after receiving the email, when they try to activate your account nothing appears on the browser, apart from apple.com on the bottom left corner.
I am having the exact same issue... we are stuck until a solution is found.
This seems to be a relatively new issue and many others are experiencing the same thing.
Has anyone heard back from Apple about this?
Already emailed Apple about this issue a couple a days ago - still no answer or fix, they just keep ignoring it.
