Q: I ordered an iPhone 6 64GB, problem with order details

Hello Everyone,

I recently bought an iPhone 6 64GB, in apple.com/ph . After the payment was successful, when I view my order details and logged in, it says 'Were Sorry'

i dont understand why is this happening to me, I cant seem to see my order details. i guess i made a mistake, because after the payment was successful using checkout as guest..... i registered an account using my email..

any help would be appreciated much. Thank you.

When you go here:
http://www.apple.com/shop/account/home

You should see this screen:

Click "Check the status of an order", then enter the order number and email address in the lower right.

Thanks for the fast reply sir. I already did that, the only thing that I can look for my order is to log out my account and see this picture.

I Use the single order lookup to see my order http://i.imgur.com/7Aw60sN.jpg

and when I go here and I clicked the 'Show Order Details' http://i.imgur.com/Azhfrbi.jpg

after I clicked that, it redirects me to login page, after logging in, this http://i.imgur.com/7570n6a.jpg

That does seem odd.

You might consider cancelling the order and re-ordering your iPhone.
